Will it work through every desk?

It is designed for many compatible non-metal surfaces. Performance depends on the material, thickness, internal structure, device, phone case, and exact alignment. It is not designed to charge through metal surfaces.

How thick can the surface be?

The specified charging range is up to approximately 30mm under suitable conditions. Thinner compatible surfaces generally make alignment and charging more reliable.

Does it support fast wireless charging?

It offers up to 15W output with compatible devices and the appropriate power source. Actual charging speed depends on the device, surface thickness, case, and alignment.

Do I need to cut a large hole in my desk?

No large charging hole is required. The unit can be secured beneath the surface using the supplied adhesive mount or the included screws.

Can I use it as a normal charging pad?

Yes. The dual-use design allows it to be installed beneath a compatible surface or placed directly on top.

Can it charge through a phone case?

Many ordinary non-metal cases may work. Very thick cases, metal plates, rings, and some magnetic accessories may reduce or prevent charging.

Can it charge wireless earbuds?

It may charge compatible Qi-enabled wireless earbud cases when they are correctly positioned over the charging area.

Why is my device not charging?

Confirm that the device supports Qi wireless charging, the power adapter is connected, the phone is centered over the marker, and no metallic objects or incompatible accessories are interfering with the charging area.
